BUY OR SELL IN TWENTY TWELVE

Do you ever stop and wonder, is there just the right time to buy or sell a home?  I know people ask me this question all the time. My answer is the same, 'the right time is when it's your time'. That may seem like a flaky answer, but it's so true.When deciding to buy or sell a home, ask yourself a few simple questions.

• What is the objective in buying or selling a home?
• If buying, have you been pre-approved by a lender? In today's market, this is essential.
• If selleing, have you staged your home properly, have you done the necessary inspections?
• If buying, do you have a 'needs and wants list'? These are often two different things.
• Whether buying or selling, have you committed the time to the process? Buying or selling doesn't have to be stressful, simply prepare and your transaction will run smoothly.
• Last but not least, always use a professional real estate agent. The real estate market is ever changing and so are the laws of the industry, it's imporatnt to have somone in your corner who can provide you the support and guidance you need. (That's where I come in)
